“This was the best Airbnb my family of four has ever stayed at. Christina is very responsive. Communication was a non issue. CheckIn and Checkout was seamless. The home was spotless and there are so many spaces to enjoy. What impressed me most is this home is fully stocked! From the kitchen to Beach gear, bedroom linens to board games. You will be comfortable and entertained. Santa Cruz is a beautiful place to explore and the Christina’s 25th Beach Retreat offers the best home base. We made so many new memories here and we hope to stay here again!”

“We just came home from a wonderful time at Christina's beach house! The house is fantastic -- lots of room for us all to spread out between the two floors, but still welcoming and cozy with great communal hangout areas. The teens enjoyed taking over the downstairs area. All areas were well-stocked, including kitchen, garage with beach items, closets with towels and extra linens, blankets in baskets, etc. The backyard was very cute and we enjoyed the hot tub and sofa hangout area. Very cute beachy decor everywhere as well, but still plenty of space to have your own things around. The street is cute too, and the local beach is a quick walk down a flight of stairs (on 26th) or along the road (no stairs, so good for strollers). Comfy beds all around too! We really enjoyed our time there and hope to return soon!”
